Personnel Plus! is recruiting for an individual to fill a newly created position of HR Manager for CSWW Inc., a Great Falls, MT based retail chain. The Company has approximately 300 employees in seven locations in five cities in Montana and Washington. Information about the company is available from personnel Plus!     d. Employee performance management. Identify your role is establishing performance standards, and coaching, counseling or disciplining employees who were not achieving the desired results and/or formal education and/or training in this area.

    e. Training. Identify your experience, education or training in developing and or administering training for managers and staff. What topics did you deliver through your efforts. Did you personally present the training or arrange for others to do so?
