View List of currently Scheduled Seminars and Webinars with links to the registration program Cancellation: If you find that you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute. While we would appreciate notice of the substitution, advanced notice is not absolutely required. If you do not send a substitute and we receive your cancellation at least three working days prior to the date of the scheduled class, we will refund your registration fee in full. If we receive a cancellation request fewer than three days before the scheduled class, we will refund 50% of the registration fee. If you have registered but not paid and do not attend, we will to bill you for the full cost of the event. Certification: Given the wide variety of organizations offering continuing education credit and the fact that each has differing requirements for granting credit, we generally do not pre-certify our training events. Similarly, we cannot guarantee that the class will be accepted for credit for any particular continuing education program unless it has been identified as pre-certified on the event description. Completion Certificates: Following each event, Personnel Plus! will, if you have furnished a valid email address, send you a completion certificate. Upon request, we will provide additional information needed for you to obtain professional continuing education credits.
