Cancellations: If you find that you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute. While we would appreciate notice of the substitution, advanced notice is not absolutely required. If you do not send a substitute and we receive your cancellation at least three working days prior to the date of the scheduled class, we will refund your registration fee in full. If we receive a cancellation request fewer than three days before the scheduled class, we will refund 50% of the registration fee. If you have registered but not paid and do not attend, we will bill you for the full cost of the event.
